FUNDAMENTALS SESSIONS
For The Beginners
These sessions are designed to give you all the tools you need to get started in our classes. Over three one-on-one sessions, our coaches will outline the basic movements, make sure that you are moving correctly and to your individual capacity and explain a little more about our culture and what you can expect from the classes.

Feel like you need a little more? We offer private coaching where you can work one-on-one with a coach on an individualised program, a particular skill or perhaps to simply build some confidence before joining the group classes. These sessions can be worked around your schedule with the coach of your choice and will take your MVMNT to the next level.
